We produce an extensive range of high-quality natural casing products for national and international markets – all types and calibres, whether salted, ready to fill or tubed, whether natural casings from sheep, hog or beef, in small or large quantities.

Preparation

The natural casings are prepared for the subsequent processing stages.

Calibre and quality control

With the aid of a calibration block, the water-filled natural casings are sorted according to calibre and quality.

Tubing

The prepared natural casing is tubed with the aid of a special tubing machine.

Packing

The processed natural casings are now ready for further processing.

Conservation

The packaged natural casings are salted and packed.

Storage

Packed in barrels, the natural casings are ready for storage in the chilled storage warehouse.
